Arriving at Capps Cove is like coming upon a hidden 19th century
settlement. Shaded grounds and well-tended gardens connect a cluster of
handcrafted buildings including the main house (a bed & breakfast),
barn, wedding chapel, playhouse and two unique cabins. The Honeymoon
Cabin has a cathedral ceiling, antique brass and iron bed, stacked stone
fireplace and a small kitchen area with refrigerator and microwave.
There is a large, private bath with tub/shower, scented soaps and
bathrobes. The Little House on the Prairie Cabin is made of board and
batten construction with a bedroom and sitting area downstairs and
sleeping loft upstairs. The cabin sleeps 2-4. There is a private bath
with tub/shower, and scented soaps and bathrobes. Breakfast in the main
house is included. Escape to the North Alabama mountains and enjoy a
quiet walk by the creek, fresh mountain air, and the cozy glow from a
stone hearth fireplace.
